5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order (before dispatch).

  • Returns/refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Customized/personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
