1. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Charges

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered on certain orders as part of promotions.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

5. Delays

  • While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. Urban Nivasa is not liable for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept delivery and contact us immediately with pictures/videos.
