Cancellation & Refund Policy – Urban Nivasa

Order Cancellation:

• Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
  
• Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be initiated only for orders that are cancelled within the allowed time or in case of damaged/defective products received.
  
• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges:

• We accept returns/exchanges only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  
• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.
  
• Products should be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
  
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return/refund.
